2. The Cupcakes should be stored in the fridge as soon as possible upon receipt and should be consumed within 2 days for optimal freshness.
3. The cupcakes you receive may not exactly match the picture provided in the competition. Variations in decoration may occur.
4. The cupcakes may contain sugar sprinkles. While these sprinkles are edible, please note that they are hard in texture. By consuming them, you acknowledge that they may be difficult to chew and may pose a choking hazard. We take no responsibility for any damage caused to teeth, mouth, or any other injuries associated with consuming these sprinkles.
5. Please ensure that you or any recipients do not have allergies or sensitivities to the ingredients used in the cupcakes (including dairy, gluten, eggs, nuts, food colouring, or any other allergens).
6. If you or a recipient have any food allergies or intolerances, we recommend you do not accept or consume the cupcakes.
7. By accepting the cupcakes, you acknowledge and agree that the provider of the cupcakes does not take any responsibility for any adverse reactions, allergies, or health issues that may occur after consumption.
