How do I care for my jewellery?
We advise not to wear jewellery in water or areas of high sweat. Keep away from chemicals, lotions and perfumes as these can cause discolouration. Wipe
I just received an item that is damaged or faulty, what do I do?
We do our best to ensure every item we send out is in perfect condition. However if you receive a damaged or faulty item, please take a clear photo of the item and email us with your order number, contact details and the uploaded images to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to review your order and contact you as soon as possible.
Are your products safe for children and babies?
All of our items are made to the highest of standards and are individually checked for quality prior to posting. We can not however, control how an item is used. As with all products that contain small parts, adult supervision is required at all times, as products can become chocking hazards.
What if an item received isn't the same colour as shown on your website?
Although we do our best to ensure the images on our website are as accurate as possible, we can not control the way in which colours are displayed on external individual screens. Keep this in mind when ordering and take note of the items description when placing an order.
