I just received an item that is damaged or faulty, what do I do?
We do our best to ensure every item we send out is in perfect condition. However if you receive a damaged or faulty item, please take a clear photo of the item and email us with your order number, contact details and the uploaded images to info@littleonesboutique.com.au. We will do our best to review your order and contact you as soon as possible.
Are your products safe for children and babies?
All of our items are made to the highest of standards and are individually checked for quality prior to posting. We can not however, control how an item is used.
All products sold on our website are intended for use under adult supervision at all times. Some items may include small parts that could pose a choking hazard, so it is crucial for adults to regularly inspect the items for damage. By purchasing, you acknowledge that it is the responsibility of the supervising adult to choose appropriate products for their child. What if an item received isn't the same colour as shown on your website?
Although we do our best to ensure the images on our website are as accurate as possible, we can not control the way in which colours are displayed on external individual screens. Keep this in mind when ordering and take note of the items description when placing an order.
