Returns and Refunds

A refund, store credit or exchange of goods purchased, will be permitted within 30 days of the purchase date if you receive an item which is damaged or faulty.  We do not offer change of mind refunds.  Goods must be in new condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase if applicable.  'New condition' means that the goods must not have been used or worn and the items must be in perfect condition with no damage, scratches or signs of wear.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and returns and refunds are at the customers shipping expense.

Personalised items are not available for return or refund.  Incorrect shipping details are also not valid for a refund.  Please ensure all details are correct at time of checkout.  Once orders are place on our website, we can not amend, cancel or refund the order.

Promotional items, sale items, gift vouchers or items purchased as part of a deal are not available for return or refund.​
