A refund, store credit or exchange of goods purchased will be permitted within 30 days of the purchase date if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty.  

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and returns and refunds are at the customer's shipping expense.

Personalised items are not available for return or refund.  Incorrect shipping details are also not valid for a refund.  Please ensure all details are correct at the time of checkout.  Once orders are placed on our website, we can not amend, cancel or refund the order.

Promotional items, sale items, gift vouchers, or items purchased as part of a deal are not available for return or refund.
